GPS Routing Technology We
have GPS (global positioning system) tracking and routing technology
that monitors the location and condition of all our mixer trucks.
A dispatcher can see in real time the location of every truck in our
fleet. GPS technology helps us deliver ready mix more efficiently
than ever before.
ALKON Computer Batching Our
16 ready mix plants are equipped with the Alkon Computer Batching
system. The Alkon system produces uniformly consistent mixes of
the very highest quality, always to exact job specifications.
Central Mixing Capability Our
West Memphis and Jonesboro locations are equipped with Central Mixing
plants. These highly automated plants can produce up to 300 cubic
yards per hour of consistently high quality ready mix. The
product is thoroughly mixed when it leaves the plant, so it can be
delivered to the job site in dump trucks or mixer trucks.
Trans-Load Rail Yard in West Memphis We
are equipped with a high capacity rail off-load facility at our plants
in West Memphis. This facility allows us to quickly and easily
off-load rail cars loaded with aggregate materials. Our West
Memphis rail yard is approved for 60 railcars.

RazorFinish is made with the highest quality ingredients and special

ordinary concrete mixes. It cures to a bright, clean finish that

resists staining and looks great for years to come. Roller Compacted Concrete GREAT DURABILTY & DUMP-TRUCK DELIVERY Razorback
Concrete Company recently became the first ready mix supplier in
Arkansas to offer Roller Compact Concrete, a zero-slump concrete
mixture that can be delivered in dump trucks and roller-compacted with
the same equipment used for asphalt pavement construction. RCC
provides the strength and durability of concrete with asphalt’s ease of
application. RCC is excellent for use as a sub base for low-speed
city streets and parking lots. It can be laid quickly, it can be
used year-round and it’s water proof, unlike most base courses.
Novamesh GREATER STRENGTH & CRACK RESISTENCE
Novamesh provides enhanced hardening and strength attributes with less
plastic shrinkage and plastic settlement cracking. It’s perfect
for driveways or slabs on grade. The steel and synthetic fibers
in Novamesh are homogeneous throughout the mix; it makes welded wire
fabric or light rebar unnecessary and it provides much better crack
control and performs better in the freeze-thaw cycle.
