There should be no better endorsement for a good contractor than a happy customer. If a contractor doesn’t have references, run for the hills.
Much like customer references, contractors should have photo examples of their previous projects. These images should provide a good reference point for the type of quality you should expect from this contractor. Never hire a contractor without seeing some of their previous work.
